Mental coaching and mediation concern different areas of life, but they intertwine. This is especially true in the context of the work environment. These are all interconnected and interact with each other. For example, mental resilience in the workplace. Balancing out work stress, career planning and personal self-care (work-life balance). Or the communicative component in dealing with other people, especially when an intercultural component is added. Also, when changing countries, for example to Germany, there are many practical and psychological problems to deal with that always arise when you move from one culture to another, even if it seems so similar at first.
Here, knowledge of German labour law, personal work organization and practical problem-solving strategies are indispensable. Here I can provide good support and guidance in the concrete implementation.
All areas have a reciprocal effect on each other. Therefore, I follow a holistic principle in my approach.
