Personal satisfaction at work and satisfaction in private life are closely linked. If one of these two fields is disturbed, it inevitably affects the other: One's own energy balance is no longer right.
This is why it is sometimes necessary to take stock of one's life situation in order to analyse and rethink it. Only then can you decide for yourself what steps you want to take in the future.
In these reflection processes concerning your working world and your personal environment, I can be at your side to gain clarity. And to develop new perspectives together with you to increase your productivity and satisfaction.
In addition to experience in mental coaching and mediation, a sound knowledge of German labour law is indispensable in order to be able to classify your personal situation and advise you accordingly. A good coaching is crucial for the solving of personal issues and barriers in life and in your work environment. With a structural method we can identify, analyse and then resolve existing problems. As a next step we'll set goals and work on a path to gain back your inner balance.
Mediation is an independent accompaniment and structured mediation between the parties involved in the conflict, towards a constructive settlement of the conflict. The accompaniment is neutral and accompanies the solution process, so that a compromise is found, which corresponds to their interests and needs.
Mental coaching and mediation concern different areas of life, but they intertwine. This is especially true in the context of the work environment. Let's just name some few aspects here: mental resilience in the workplace, management, facing the mental load which comes along with leadership and career planning balancing work stress, career planning, and personal self-care (work-life balance and priorization).
Intercultural components in communication
The communicative component in dealing with other people, especially when an intercultural component is involved, is a key factor. There are also many practical and psychological tasks to deal with when moving from one country to another, especially culture shock aspects. These effects always arise when you move from one culture to another, even if it seems so similar at first.
The task of communicating with others, especially internationally is demanding. I'll provide you with the tools you need to analyse your situation, to identify goals and take steps to grow personally and in your career.
In case you are moving to Germany for work, it is crucial to know the essentials of the labour legislation in Germany, as well as in labour organization and proven strategies for troubleshooting. I can be your guidance for acquiring problem solving strategies and their practical implementation in your work environment. Especially if culture-shock issues occur.
